Chris Behling - Founder Mr. Behling has over 23 years of experience providing technical consulting, tactical execution and leadership for high growth technology and consulting companies. Mr. Behling founded ArrowRock Technology, Inc. in 1996. From 2001 to 2003 Mr. Behling served as President & CEO at ACS Systems & Engineering in Virginia Beach, VA. While at ACS, Mr. Behling was responsible for a team of 240+ worldwide consultants providing software development and systems integration services to the US Army. Significant clients include Virsona.com, MortgageIT, Independence Care System, Holzman Moss Architecture, Firebrand TV, Chicago Transit Authority, Cooperative Finance Corporation, Barnett Bank, Aetna Insurance, NBC and AT&T. From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Behling was a senior executive with Logica, an international supplier of consulting, software development, and system integration services employing over 10,000 consultants worldwide. Prior to that, Mr. Behling was with Clarion Software where he served as Vice-President of Technical Services. From 1986 to 1990, Mr. Behling was with DataEase International, a relational PC database software publisher in the rapid application development tools and front-end and middleware client/server space. As SQL product manager with DataEase, Mr. Behling led product design, development and release functions. Mr. Behling earned a BS in Information Systems from Bryant College.
